Abstract: Authors have analyzed 5-years material of blood group systems ABO and Rhesus factor among 2008 men and 3145 women having some social important diseases as gastric and duodenal ulcer, chlolithiasis, benignant and malignant tumors with different localization. A positive correlation between blood group 0(alpha, beta) and ulcer disease and between group A(beta) and some neoplastic processes on the whole (for both sexes) is determined. Especially for women the same blood group is connected with higher frequency of carcinoma uterus and ovaries.
