Abstract: The authors try to analyze the environmental distribution of the blood groups (ABO blood group system and Rhesus factor) among people from different races. All researched persons (367) are shared in three groups as following: Arabs from North Africa, Negroes from Central Africa and relatively autochthonous Arabian population from Yemen and Kuwait. There are significant differences between blood group 0(alpha, beta) frequency among people from Arabia (66,38% and 37,38%) among Arabs in Africa. This fact can't be explained by the influence of the Negroid blood hereditary. On the other hand the similar climate conditions in North Africa and in the peninsula can't explain these differences too. There is a probability that ABO blood system was formed of aborigenal hereditary. Many blood genetic reactions were formed at times of popular immigrations in North Africa. The data of the Negroid populations are near by other published information.
