The results of complex anthropological research of the population of the Republic of Belarus in post-Chernobyl period are summed up. Unfavorable state of modem populations in biological indexes and health level disharmonious physical development of considerable part of children and teenagers, high morbidity both of children and adults, shortening of longevity of life, law level of birth-rate compared to death-rate are marked. All these makes the forecast of further development of populations to be unfavorable.
