Abstract: The authors research blood group distribution of the blood system ABO and Rhesus factor. 6598 persons of the both sexes have been studied. All of them are classified in 8 groups with similar ethnogenese. There are statistically significant differences between 8 groups according to blood group distribution of ABO and Rhesus factor (p<0,001). But inter group analysis not only different but some similar distribution too.
