Abstract: The authors search for some connection to congenital cardiac diseases and blood group belonging. The results of blood group systems ABO and Rhesus factor distribution in 250 Macedonians and 90 Albanians (Macedonia) with congenital cardiac pathology are compared to those of two same populations. There aren't any significant differences related neither to ABO blood system nor to Rhesus factor (p>0,05).
