Certainly, every work has an influence on working capability and behavior of employees within organization, as well as on their health. Accelerated development of automation and computerization reflected not only on increase of needs for quality process results but also for quality of life and work of people. As a result, on observation of work with just techno-centric aspect has been shown as overgrown and not enough human. In order to satisfy in a right way now day's times, in this work an accent has been put on a need for respected anthrop-centric approach to work, that is separately studied within work science. Therefore, in creation of prerequisite for shaping more humanitarian work, working place and environment, relations at work; it will be discussed into detail changes in sociality related to: values within society, migration of inhabitants and employment possibilities, development of technology, and changes of product structures, work organization, type of jobs, and content of working assignment.
