Abstract

The problem of this study is the use of "Eurofit" battery tests in finding out the mobile status of women. The group consists of 15 women aged 45-65 who regularly practice three times a week in the fitness club "Neoplanta" in Novi Sad. The study aim is to check the use of "Eurofit" battery tests as an index in controlling of effect by applying the work program. The "Eurofit" battery tests are applied after the regular practice in a year time. The group consists of healthy women what was medically examined before the start of the exercises. The physical intensity during the exercises is temporary controlled by use of "polar".
