The warming-up effect on growth of joints mobility of the students-juniors that go in for sports and those who don't

We have established the trend of the growth of the mobility of joints on the sample that consisted of 360 students of both gender depending on the warming up duration. The sample has been obtained from the population of the third grade students of the Secondary school in Nikšić (there has been 288 students that do not go in for sports), and 72 sportsmen and sportswoman that are the members of the field ball clubs of Nikšić, Danilovgrad and Podgorica. We have applied 6 tests and established the level of the joints mobility of backbone shoulders and hip before and after the warming up by the same group of the exercises that lasted 5, 10 and 15 minutes per group. We have also established different levels of the mobility of joints between male and female students that had been examined, and the differences between the sportsmen and those who don't go for sport and who belong to the same age group. The results of the examination show that the joints mobility is directly connected to the warming up of the locomotion system. It could be raised to 30% by optimum warming up.
